To provide consistent, high quality care to all of our clients and families. Our definition of high quality client care is as follows:
Investment in client/family relationships: We hold our clients and their support systems in the highest regard and treat them as such. We do this by responding to phone calls and emails in a respectful and timely manner. We let parents know when we have concerns and provide appropriate resources and referrals. In all of our engagements with clients and loved ones, we set a tone that conveys a deep respect for their lived experiences and choice to seek help.
Partnership with the Eating Disorder community: Our relationship with the eating disorder recovery community is essential to the success of our clients. We work hard to seek out, build and maintain relationships with treatment centers, dietitians, physicians, and other medical professionals. We do this through intentional, respectful communication and follow-through with commitments. Ruth Roddy has served as an officer for the DFW International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals for the past 2 years.
Commitment to Excellence: We seek to ensure the services we offer are effective and appropriate to the individual needs of our clients. We do this through staying apprised of the latest research, consulting with fellow providers in the speciality, and leveling up on our therapeutic skills and techniques.
